→ Penny was born and raised in West Chester, Pennsylvania as an only child to parents Jeffery and Jamie. They were married when she was born, but when she was thirteen, they divorced. Jeffery re-married a girl named Annabelle McLeary, but they divorced about a year and a half later on decent terms. Her father has yet to get into another relationship and her mother has remained single.
→ Penny's father is a pilot for American Airlines. She rarely sees him due to his flight schedules, but hears from him at least every other day while he's away. She doesn't hear from her mother much anymore. She moved away from Pennsylvania after the divorce.
→ Penny has been a slightly popular girl in school ever since grade school. She's always been preconceived as a complete snob because she's always had such beautiful features and blonde hair. On the contrary, she's actually a girl who breaks the clique mold and hangs out with and talks to everyone.
→ Penny has a hand in being somewhat active. She's been a cheerleader ever since freshman year and is still on the squad today. She has done track for West Chester East her freshman and sophomore years, but dwindled her activities down after junior year.
→ Penny was the root of her parent's divorce. When she was twelve, she wound up being kidnapped and raped after being tied up for a while by a man named Allister Fox. Unbeknownst to Penny, this man had the same connection with her own mother and when he found out she had a daughter, he went right after her. Her mother doesn't remember any of this due to medication that blocks out most memories from nightmares she's had. Allister was allegedly put away for life when they found out that he had killed a few girls in the process of doing it to them too, but there have been stories that he was freed or escaped on his own or may be dead. The stories vary.
→ Due to the trauma of what happened to Penny, she's been diagnosed with tremendous night terrors that mimmic the night of what happened to her and other various set-ups that revolve around Allister. She would wake up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night screaming over this. Her mother couldn't deal with it anymore and didn't want any part of paying for Penny's psychiatrist bills. So she filed for divorce and left. Today, Penny still has night terrors and some nights they're worse than others.
→ Penny tries to stay awake as much as she can, but sometimes becomes unsuccessful and has to endure these night terrors. She's gone to extremes before to stay up, but her body had taken so much emotional stress that she does pass out from it. She tries to keep herself busy for the most part so she's up.
→ Penny is pretty much next in line for cheer captain next year. If she can actually support the work load is another question due to her epic exhaustion she has sometimes.
→ Penny's never told a soul and no one knows what happened to her when she was twelve. When Allister was put away, they kept her identity sealed for her own personal safety to save her from strange looks and teasing in school and life. So nobody really knows what happened to her.
→ Penny is single. She's dated a few people, some jocks, some regulars. But they've never really stuck. She's always been broken up with instead of her breaking up with someone, so her heart is pretty fragile.
→ Penny's favorite things are tulips, the color baby blue, cook outs, butterflies, angels, sunny days, going to the beach, music, horseback riding, being able to rest without fear, bunny rabbits, kittens, renaissance era clothing, books, the arcade, stuffed animals, and plenty of other things.
